We work really hard to make sure you get the best quality plants at the best prices.

In the event that your plants arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival), please provide us with pictures of the plants in the original packaging that it came with on the date of arrival. Please submit a Warranty Request through the Orders Page so we can verify your claim.

We will offer you a 100% value in the form of store credit.

Store credit is unable to be provided if your plants have already been planted in the aquarium.

Please check your tracking number(s) regularly for updates and to take note of the expected delivery and time. In the event that you aren't available to receive your delivery on the first attempt by our postal service, our guarantee will not apply.

If what you've received is an error on our side - e.g. wrong plants, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

We reserve the right to delay shipments due to weather or unforseen and uncontrollable factors. This is especially so in summer - when the heat can degrade the quality of plants.

If you need to return an item, please submit a Warranty Request for the product through the orders page. We respond quickly and will assist you with your query.
