I know many of you have been wondering about the recent scarcity in our aquatic plant section. I’m excited to share that we are in the midst of two significant transitions that are going to enhance your aquascaping experience.
Firstly, we've recently moved from one premises to another. This move was essential for us to expand our operations and provide better services. However, the move has temporarily affected our stock availability as we needed to dismantle and transport our entire setup, including our greenhouse. The process of re-establishing everything is taking some time, and we appreciate your patience during this period.
Secondly, we are thrilled to announce the opening of Auckland's first dedicated Aquascaping Gallery. Yes, you heard that right—a gallery exclusively for Aquascaping enthusiasts! This new gallery will showcase some of the most stunning aquascapes and provide inspiration for both novice and experienced aquascapers. We are pouring our hearts into creating a space where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of aquascaping, learn new techniques, and find everything you need to create your own underwater masterpiece.
Moving premises meant dismantling our greenhouse, which has temporarily disrupted our supply of fresh aquatic plants. However, our team is diligently working to set it back up. We understand the frustration this may cause and are doing everything we can to expedite the process. Very soon, we’ll be back to business, supplying New Zealand with high-quality, fresh aquarium plants that you have come to love and trust.
In the meantime, our premium Tissue Culture Plants are still available and will be delivered fresh every month. These plants are grown in sterile conditions and are free from pests and diseases, ensuring that you receive the healthiest plants for your aquascapes. We take pride in the quality of our Tissue Culture Plants and are confident they will meet your expectations.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transitional period. Our commitment to providing you with the best aquascaping products and services remains unwavering.
