Delivery Issues

Lost or delayed orders: While we’re not liable for courier delays, we’ll help track and resolve issues as best we can.

Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Special Delivery: Fish Tanks

Auckland Only: We deliver aquariums within Auckland due to their fragile nature.
