At The Aquascape Shop, we aim to get your aquascaping gear to you quickly, safely, and affordably — whether you’re in Auckland or across the ditch.

🇳🇿 New Zealand Shipping

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

    • Rural addresses: 2–5 business days

  • Couriers We Use: NZ Post and Aramex

🇦🇺 Shipping to Australia (Dry Goods Only)

  • We currently only ship dry goods to Australia.

  • Aquariums and live plants are excluded due to customs restrictions.

  • Customs disclaimer: Customers are responsible for import taxes and clearance.

Pick-Up Option (Auckland Only)

  • Most orders are ready within 3–5 hours (up to 24 hours depending on stock).

  • We’ll contact you if delays occur.

  • Need it urgently? Get in touch — we’ll do our best to fast-track it.

 Packaging & Handling

  • All items are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival.

  • We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible (recyclable, biodegradable materials).

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or delayed orders: While we’re not liable for courier delays, we’ll help track and resolve issues as best we can.

  • Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Special Delivery: Fish Tanks

  • Auckland Only: We deliver aquariums within Auckland due to their fragile nature.

  • Large tanks not shipped outside Auckland - unless contacted prior!

  • Get a quote: Contact us for delivery costs and availability.

International Shipping Notes

  • Customs & Taxes: Any customs charges or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Restricted Items: We do not ship aquariums or live plants internationally.
