For international orders to Australia, please contact us for a shipping quote as we work on automating rates. Note that only dry goods are shipped to Australia; live plants and bulky, fragile items like aquariums are excluded. We are not responsible for any customs issues.

A: Yes, we offer a Dead on Arrival Guarantee for aquatic plants, including tissue culture plants, unless they are on clearance. Please contact us within 24 hours if your plants arrive in poor condition.
