Return & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Aquascape Shop. If for any reason you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund, store-credit or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept returns on live plants due to their perishable nature nor Gift Cards.


You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.


If you are returning an item for a refund, we will credit your original payment method or provide store credit within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.


If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item.

Shipping and Handling

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for returns unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping or we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. A receipt or proof of payment is required for shipping cost reimbursement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
