Echinodorus ‘Barthii’ (Osiris)

Echinodorus ‘Barthii’ also known as Echinodorus Osiris is a cultivar of the Echinodorus genus of aquatic plants. It is a hybrid plant that is created by crossing Echinodorus cordifolius and Echinodorus uruguayensis. It is known for its large, glossy, green leaves and its ability to grow tall.

Echinodorus ‘Barthii’ is a hardy and easy-to-grow plant that can be grown submerged or emersed, and it’s an ideal background or centerpiece plant in the aquarium. It can tolerate a wide range of water conditions, and it does not require high lighting or CO2 to grow. It can be propagated by rhizome division and is a fast grower, which makes it a good option for aquarists who are looking for a plant that will quickly fill in an empty space in their tank.
