The skimmer kept sucking water into the filter, so I contacted the seller for help. To their credit, the staff member I dealt with initially was super responsive and helpful in going through the setup and troubleshooting to make sure I had everything fitted correctly.

Unfortunately, after exhausting all troubleshooting options, I explained that I would like a refund as I simply can’t use the skimmer. I’ve had to refit my old filter pipes back onto the tank just to get everything working again.

Since requesting the refund, they have gone completely radio silent. I can’t get hold of them or get any response, which is extremely frustrating. At this point, I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Pros:
1. This Lily pipe is made of stainless steel and is quite durable.
2. different sizes available for hose types
3. Adjustable outlet tip
4. adjustable drain inlet

cons:
1. The lily pipe holder bracket is secured with 1 screw into your tank. you need to tighten it well. However, this doesn't remove the movement of the holder which can damage the edges of your tank. I suggest putting a piece flat thin rubber in between the tighening screw and your glass to secure it properly against the wall of the tank.
