Aquapro Stainless Steel U-Bend Tubing Connector

The soft tubing going over the rim is usually the untidy part of any CO2 or air setup. This stainless steel U-bend fixes that. It sits over the edge of the tank and gives the line a clean, fixed path instead of a length of tubing kinking and sagging across the glass.

It is purely a connector, and it does not care what is flowing through it. Run pressurised CO2 from your regulator to a diffuser, or air from a pump to an air stone or sponge filter. One barbed end takes the line from the source, the other runs on to whatever you are feeding, and the rigid U-shape holds the bend over the rim so nothing flops around or pinches shut. There is no valve, diffuser or check valve built in, so it works with whatever gear you already use rather than locking you into a particular setup.

The finish is the part aquascapers will appreciate. It is stainless steel underneath, with a matte grey powder coat over the top that is aquarium-safe and durable. Bright steel catches the light and pulls the eye; this matte grey sits quietly against substrate and shadow and stays out of the way of the scape. The coating holds up to the damp and to regular handling without corroding or chipping.

The ribbed barbed ends grip 4/6 mm tubing firmly so the line does not creep off under pressure.
