Description

If you want vibrant growth without babysitting your bubble rate, this is the one. The PRO-SE’s dual-stage design keeps output pressure consistent as the cylinder empties, helping prevent end-of-tank pressure spikes and keeping livestock comfortable while plants feast.

Setup is delightfully simple: plug in the safe 12 V DC solenoid to your timer, dial in the ultra-precise needle valve, and watch the included bubble counter do its thing (with built-in check valve to stop backflow). Twin gauges make it easy to read cylinder and working pressure at a glance.

Performance is tuned for planted tanks big and small. With adjustable working pressure up, it pairs beautifully with ceramic diffusers, inline atomisers, or reactors for crisp, consistent CO₂ delivery and that coveted “glass-clear, pearling at lights-on” look.

Faulty Pressure Adjustment Knob

The regulator came with a faulty "Pressure Adjustment Knob" and was never checked before it was sent out for delivery. This problem has been documented before online. Now have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement.

Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry the regulator didn't arrive in working order. Here's exactly what happened and what happens next.

The customer contacted us before ordering because they believed the Pro-SE was out of stock on our website. We confirmed we had one last unit and let them know the next shipment was about 3 weeks away. That's why we couldn't do an immediate replacement, or else we would have.

Pro-SE regulators come from CO2Art in their retail box, and we send them out unopened so customers receive a brand new unit. That means we don't bench-test them before dispatch.

We've sold over 200 Pro-SE regulators and this is the first fault reported to us - in New Zealand at least, No product has a zero fault rate, which is why it's covered by warranty.

We sent a prepaid return label the next day, we heard about the knob. The customer hasn't connected the regulator or tested it yet, so when it's back we'll test it on a cylinder ourselves. If it's faulty, we'll replace it under warranty and raise it with CO2Art.

Either way, we'll update this reply with what we find.
