Gorgeous tank addition!

This piece is stunning, and even more so than the picture shows! Due to the other review left here, I had anticipated some breakage (the company also emailed me about this potential, i appreciated the contact and communication). Even the best packaging can be waylaid by a rough transit (no matter how many fragile stickers are used!). However, it was packaged perfectly, and to my surprise - arrived (in Aus) in one piece. :) Glue was included in the parcel 'just in case' breakage occurred, which was super lovely and thoughtful. Very very happy with my order, and will be placing another once i've finished attaching mosses/planting this one. Thanks so much guys!

Mixed Feelings

I received a different tree to the one I ordered, it’s still nice but not the one I chose and is a bit too big for my tank unfortunately.

The guys warned me that there was a risk of it breaking during shipping and I agreed to accept the risk, however it arrived in about 15 pieces. Some bits went back together easily with glue but other bits were too small to reattach, so there’s a few sharp holes and missing bits. I understand things get damaged in post but it wasn’t exactly packaged as well as it could be to prevent damage.

Mixed feelings overall.

How big are they? I couldn't find a size on ANY of your trunks! And that is a pretty important detail!
I imagine they must be quite big for the price on them?
