The Grove Resin Bonsai Tree Set gives you two upright bonsai trees, a taller one and a shorter one, so you can build a forest scene with real depth and scale straight away. Both free-stand on splayed root bases and sink on their own the moment they go in, with no soaking or prep, and their canopies are ready for you to attach moss or epiphytes like Anubias.

How to add moss or plants

1. Rinse both trees under tap water.
2. Attach moss, or an epiphyte such as Anubias, to the canopies with super-glue gel or cotton thread.
3. Stand them in your scape (try the taller tree behind the shorter one for depth) and fill the tank. They sink straight away.
4. Over the following weeks the plants establish and fill out the canopies.
