Available in 12mm and 16mm sizes to fit standard tubing, this diffuser features a replaceable ceramic membrane that produces ultra-fine CO2 bubbles, maximizing absorption for optimal plant health. Robust inline diffuser

durable product with replaceable parts. Product comes in different hose size so choose what works best for you. I have an old one that I had to take apart after over a year use. You could potentially have some sort of build up of a " rocky" formation within the diffuser so I would suggest giving it a clean every 6 months or so. This makes the product quite durable as after cleaning, you wont have any issues putting it back together
