Sweeping Resin Bonsai Tree

A sideways tree, made to grow out from your rockwork.

The Sweeping Resin Bonsai Tree grows sideways, not upright. Its low, arching trunk and swept canopy are designed to attach to a rock or your hardscape, so it looks like an old tree growing out from a cliff face. It is made to mount rather than free-stand, with a flat back that gives you a clean surface to glue or wedge against.

How to position and plant it

1. Rinse it under tap water.
2. Glue the flat back to a rock with super-glue gel, or wedge it firmly into your hardscape. It is designed to mount in place, not to stand on its own.
3. Attach moss, or an epiphyte such as Anubias, to the canopy with super-glue gel or cotton thread.
4. Place it in your scape and fill the tank. Over the following weeks the plants establish and fill out the canopy.
