The skimmer removes surface scum/film effectively. In combination with our lily pipe options, you'll get optimal current and flow in your tank. This filter inflow is made of glass. It blends into the aquarium or aquascape unobtrusively without being noticed as annoying technical equipment.

Note: We recommend having a decent pump output /strength for the skimmer to work effectively.

Only takes a few minutes to remove film on water surface. A must have on every aquarium with canister filters

If you have to stick your hands into your aquarium frequently and worry about any oils / dirty or If you run co2, this is a great way to clean up the surface of your aquarium and allow diffusion to take place. I hooked this up and within 10mins the surface of my aquarium was clear and the scum/film was all gone. It also is less noticeable and easy to hide behind plants! I love it so much!
