To qualify for a refund or replacement in the rare case of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the following conditions must be met:
- within the expected time frame (overnight or two-day service).
- unopened bag must be provided within 1 hour of delivery.
- Someone must be present to receive the package at the time of delivery.
This guarantee is void if:
- The package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- The package is left outside unattended, especially in extreme weather conditions
- The bag has been opened prior to video documentation

Super Blood Red Asian Arowana (Scleropages formosus)
The Super Blood Red Asian Arowana is one of the most vibrant and visually striking arowana varieties available. Originating from the Kapuas River region in West Kalimantan, Indonesia, this fish is renowned for its deep, intense red coloration that starts from the gill plates and gradually spreads across the entire body as it matures.
Carefully bred for color and form, the Super Blood Red develops a rich crimson hue with proper lighting, diet, and water parameters. The body is shorter and more muscular than other arowana types, giving it a powerful and compact appearance, while the fins and tail often take on an even deeper red tone.
Super Blood Reds grow up to 90 cm and require a large, well-filtered aquarium with secure lids, as they are known jumpers. Ideal water temperature ranges from 26–30°C, with a slightly acidic pH between 6.0–7.0. A high-protein diet of pellets, prawns, worms, and occasional live foods helps bring out their full color potential.
All Super Blood Red Arowanas are microchipped and come with certification for authenticity and traceability.
